Basic Rigs is free to read. Ads and affiliate links pay for it. Here is how that works, in plain terms.
Ownership
Basic Rigs is owned by PNW Vehicle Services LLC, a licensed Washington vehicle dealer. When an article features a vehicle PNW Vehicle Services LLC owns, has sold, or is selling, the article says so near the top. Our coverage of a vehicle type is not a recommendation to buy a particular vehicle from us.
Affiliate links
Some links to parts, tools and supplies are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We may also be affiliates of other retailers, such as parts stores.
We link to a product because we think it is useful for the job in the article, not because of the commission. Commissions do not change what we write about a product.
Advertising
Ads on this site are served by Google and possibly other ad networks. We do not choose individual ads, and an ad is not an endorsement.
Sponsored content and free products
If a company pays for an article or video, or gives us a product to review, we label it clearly at the top of that article or at the start of that video. We do not accept payment for a favorable review.
